Hourly rates senior UX designer at UX Coach

Below you can see an estimate of the hourly rates for senior and junior UX and UI or service designers in Belgium. This is based on research from freelance platforms, research from recruiters and experience working within digital agencies. We wrote about it before in What is the price of a web designer? several months ago.

Meanwhile, we know that this estimate is even a bit on the low side, even higher prices are being asked for senior UX designers today. However, UX Coach's hourly rates are around the middle of the estimates you see below.

What does a senior UX designer have to offer you?

As said: a senior UX designer helps you to think from the perspective of your end user and involves the decision makers, the internal stakeholders, in the design process as much as possible. For this she needs solid expertise in UX design and especially soft skills: communication skills and empathy with the organization, with the end users, with the needs of the team.
